Transportation Performance Management

In order to remain competitive as a national employment hub, metro Atlanta is pursuing opportunities to improve transportation. Doing so requires well-designed transportation goals, ways to most efficiently use revenue streams to meet those goals, and measuring progress.

GRTA has helped develop a framework to be used in analyzing the Atlanta Transportation Improvement Program. This framework should help improve accountability, transparency, and return on investment for transportation planning. The result will be increased access to employment centers, more reliable commutes, and reduced congestion costs.
