Board of DirectorsThe GRTA Board of Directors is composed of 15 members, all of whom have been chosen by the Governor from among the ranks of top private and public sector leaders throughout the metro Atlanta region. Board members provide strategic guidance and direction to address our state's transportation challenges and to provide the best return to the taxpayers of Georgia on their investment in transportation. Board of Directors Meeting ScheduleThe board meets monthly, typically on the second Wednesday, except in July, and has three standing committees:
Land Development A Conflicts Advisory Committee and an Executive Committee meets as needed at the call of the Chair. The Governor's Development Council meets on an as-needed basis at the call of the Chair. 2013 Meeting Schedule
The public is invited to attend both the committee meetings and the board meeting itself.
